Water and Health

Our body is on average 70 percent water. Part of that water is in our blood, intercellular, and even 10% of the teeth is water.
Water is an indispensable fuel for our bodies. A grown man should almost three liters of water daily in food and drink to take. This volume is indispensable. Without water we can survive up to four days, where we could stand it much longer without food.
Every day we lose body fluids and must be constantly replenished. In this way we ensure that all physiological systems are working, we strengthen our defenses and we prevent diseases. Some tips for good health: regular drinking water is the message.

  • Water is good for hydration of the skin and prevent obsolescence.
  • Take the good habit of drinking water and no food is digested.
