We all know that drinking water is good for us, but did you know that … ?

- is the most important part of every body cell.
- Is most of our blood and lymphatic system, transporting food and oxygen to cells and removal of waste.

- Helps eyes, mouth and nasal passages moistened.
- Helps keep the body cool when it is warm and protects the body against the cold.
- Reacts as a shock absorber for our body organs.
- Helps to lubricate our joints and is a part of the blood, sweat, tears and saliva.
- Can provide many minerals that our body needs.
