A detox diet is all about changing eating habits and adopting healthy and nutritiously balanced diet and a former McDonald&#8217;s and Taco Bell offers. It has become fashionable to call everything offered by this drastic change in diet or habits of a detox diet.</p>
<p>However, some argue that the body is already more than able to get rid of toxic waste and that a detox diet is not only unnecessary but also can be dangerous. Our bodies are designed to contain a certain amount of fats and sugars, and to try to rid the body of these elements with a detox diet can cause medical problems such as anemia, low blood sugar and weakness and lethargy.</p>
